Ms. Crespo is a Senior Mechanical Designer with more than 20 years of progressive experience, specializing in design, project management, and construction administration of commercial projects, residential (single or multifamily), hotels, schools, shopping malls, car dealerships, restaurants, and military establishments.
Highlights: AutoCAD, Energy Gauge for residential and energy gauge summit for commercial energy calculation and hourly analysis program HAP for cooling/heating load calculation.
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Philip Barlam is a Senior Project Manager for Beacon Consulting Engineers with over 50 years of experience, ranging from electrical design work on airports, commercial office buildings, and universities, to over sea work in Japan with the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Barlam has overseen many projects as Electrical Project Manager, such as construction field supervision, field surveys, project design, as well as supervising other project managers on various projects.
Mr. Barlam is also a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the Illuminating Engineering Society, the Society of American Military Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association, as well as a recipient of the Florida's Turnpike Heroism & Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Mechanical Design Engineer
Mr. Morales is a recent graduate from the University of Florida and has taken courses involving mechanical design, thermodynamics, manufacturing, and mechanics of materials. Outside the classroom, Mr. Morales has been involved with various team oriented design projects, including robotics competitions and 3D printed prosthetics. He currently works as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Beacon Consulting Engineers.
Dennis J. Mikulski
Partner/Senior Project Manager
Mr. Mikulski has over 40 years of electrical design and project management experiences. He has worked as project manager for different types of projects. He has designed fire alarm, security, lighting, power, communications, and data systems for multi-story office buildings, medical facilities, restaurants, fire stations, schools, shopping centers, hotels, resorts, and industrial & manufacturing facilities. He is responsible for construction administration aspect of different types of projects. He had worked on various LEED projects.
Mr. Mikulski is highly skilled in planning and analysis with key strengths in project management and coordination with Clients. He is knowledgeable of National Electrical Code and Energy Codes, specification writing, and construction administration. He has an exceptional attention to detail, adherence to standards and technical background. He is proficient in the use of ACAD MEP 2015 electrical design and drafting; as well as Visual and AGI computer aided lighting software packages.
Angelo L. Da Silva, P.E.
Senior Project Manager
Mr. da Silva currently works as a Senior Project Manager for Beacon Consulting Engineers, an engineering consulting firm specializing in providing full range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to private and government clients. Mr. da Silva is a registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with more than 15 years of design and project management experiences in the field of consulting, design, and construction administration of engineering projects.
Mr. da Silva is a result oriented licensed mechanical Professional Engineer with expertise in commercial and institutional projects.
Principal, Sr. Project/Electrical Engineer, P.E., M.B.A., LEED AP
Mr. Valenzuela is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) in the State of Florida and certified with NCEES Record. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Institute of Technology and Master in Business Administration (Executive MBA) from Florida Atlantic University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C). He is a member of the US Green Building Council, South Florida Chapter and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). He is serving as a Board Member to the City of Delray Beach Green Implementation Advancement Board (GIAB). He is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and National Society of Professional Engineers.
Mr. Valenzuela has over 20 years of extensive experience in MEP project management and design of Electrical Power Systems, including Medium and High Voltage Systems, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency, Security and Communication Systems for a wide variety of clients including educational facilities, hospitals, financial, commercial, data centers, jails, shopping centers, government, military and industrial facilities. His experiences also include commissioning work for schools and commercial building as well as designing of LEED Certified buildings.
Mr. Valenzuela is an Electrical Designer for Beacon Consulting Engineers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Institute of Technology. His design experiences include designing high-end residentials, tenant improvements, and commercial buildings.
